Graduate Students

In response to graduate student voices, Brandeis is excited to announce that we are able to offer a limited number of graduate students housing on campus.  Act Now! These living spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis. Advantages include: close proximity to main campus and being on the shuttle route; our rates are all inclusive (including high speed internet access!); and a flexible lease that provides you with the ability to stay for one or two semesters or the entire year. Additional information can be found below.

Lease/Contract Terms:

  • Leases/Contracts that run on the following timeline:
    1. Fall Term: August - December
    2. Spring Term: January - May
    3. Summer Term: June - July
    4. Full Year 12 Month
  • Leases/Contracts can be adjusted with permission from Community Living. There may be additional cleaning fees for early arrivals or late departures.

Apartment Options:

Apartment options, one studio single or one two bedroom apartment.

Rates:

  • Studio Apartment with Private Bathroom & Private Kitchen: $2,000 per month (Includes ALL utilities and the amenities listed below)
  • 2-Person Apartment with Shared Kitchen, Bathroom and Living Room: $1,750 per room per month (Includes ALL utilities and the amenities listed below)

Amenities:

  • Card access security and access to Brandeis Police and Community Living staff support
  • Close proximity to Brandeis campus, shuttle service, restaurants, convenience store, dry cleaning, hair salons, MBTA busses and Commuter Rail
  • Provided furnishings include closet, dresser, desk, chair, and the exclusive "Bigger Bed" (full sized bed)
  • Pre-paid utilities include electric, water, heating, on-site laundry facilities and high speed internet
  • Lease/contract flexibility (Work with us if you need to leave early or arrive late with no financial penalties)

How to Apply:

  1. Log into MyHousing 
  2. Click on "Housing Applications and Forms"
  3. Select "Graduate Student Housing Application"
  4. Read and sign the License Agreement
  5. Submit the Housing Application
  6. Wait for correspondence from Community Living with official assignment options and important information.
