Facilities Services' mission is to develop, manage, repair, improve, and support a well-maintained campus and its facilities, and to provide the highest quality service in a responsive and efficient manner to all students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Operating under the umbrella of Campus Planning and Operations, Facilities Services is responsible for keeping approximately 3-million square feet of space safe, clean, accessible, functional, and inviting for approximately 100 buildings and 235 acres of grounds.

Custodial Services is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and ensuring a professional appearance of 100 campus buildings. Our team of 70 custodians is broken down into four major specialty areas: administration buildings, academic buildings, athletic buildings, and residence halls.

Grounds and Fleet Services is responsible for maintaining 235 acres of campus grounds and its constant care and maintenance, including its trees, flowers, shrubs, lawns and irrigation system. During the winter months, Grounds Services pretreats the sidewalks, parking lots and roads, and removes snow and ice.

Operations and Maintenance Services is responsible for 24/7 campus-wide preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance and repairs to the facilities and their systems. We aim to ensure the buildings and their systems are reliable and operative as effective and efficient as possible.
