Brandeis University's Dr. Jonathan Anjaria spearheaded a webinar series for GSAS students on various professional development topics during 2020-2021 academic year. Webinar presenters all received an advanced degree in the humanities or social sciences in the past ten years, and were currently working outside of academia doing work they find fulfilling.

The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation produces research reports of interest to higher learning in the humanities. Of particular interest is the Mellon's 2016 report on Doctoral Education Reform, which provides helpful background and context on reform initiatives from 1990 to 2015.
