World Languages and Cultures Fellowship

The World Languages and Cultures fellow works closely with language faculty to help promote a campus culture that views language learning as an integral part of global citizenship, a challenging and rewarding process of discovering others and oneself, an intellectual journey and an exciting adventure.

Any undergraduate student who is learning a language at Brandeis and is passionate about languages is eligible to apply for the fellowship.

  • Award: $500
  • Duration: One academic year
  • Number of recipients: One per academic year
  • Application deadline: Interested undergraduates can apply starting in late January; application period ends in late March. Watch for announcements on Instagram, Facebook and in your language courses.
