Military Discount
Brandeis Online is proud to offer military veterans, active-duty personnel and their spouses a 15% tuition discount on all our online master's degrees and certificates. The discount may be used in conjunction with other benefits earned through the Department of Veteran Affairs, such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill® and the Yellow Ribbon Program.
In order to receive the 15% tuition discount, students must email a certificate of eligibility to their student advisor.
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of eligibility, please send the following documentation to your student advisor:
- Active-Duty Personnel: Proof of service letter or verification letter from a commanding officer or a confirmation email to online@brandeis.edu from the Department of Defense email address
- Veterans: DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- Spouses: Spouse’s DD Form 214 OR spouse’s proof of service letter or verification letter OR verification letter from the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
Veteran Benefits
As part of our commitment to supporting veterans, Brandeis University accepts benefits from the following educational benefits programs:

To utilize Veterans Affairs benefits, students must complete the Request for VA Certification form each semester that they wish to be certified. New students must also submit either (1) a certificate of eligibility or (2) a "Statement of Benefits" obtained from the Department of Veterans Affairs — eBenefits.
