The Foster Mod improvements will begin this summer after commencement. Foster Mods 1 through 5 will go through a face lift in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchens will be getting new cabinets, paint and fresh for the fall when the students return. They will have a beautiful new kitchen and updated bathrooms.

Arts and Sciences has been awarded a grant to purchase a new Thermo Fisher Scientific Microscope which requires a renovation to Rosenstiel 107 to enable proper operation of the microscope. The room will be updated with new supplemental electric heat, HVAC controls, updated electric feeds, lighting, paint and flooring. The project is scheduled to start in early May and the new microscope is due to be installed in late June.

As part of our annual work to maintain and improve our campus steam infrastructure (primary heating source for almost every building on campus), we will have several projects taking place. Planned locations include the Heller-Schneider Building, Goldfarb Library, Pearlman, and Sherman/Hassenfeld. The work will require sitework and installation of large sections of pipe. Some pedestrian walkways may be impacted. Fencing, signage, and alternative walkways will be provided as needed to maintain pedestrian safety
