MA Program Options

Full-Length MA 2 Years

The Lemberg Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance is the school's founding program. It is offered for students worldwide with previous coursework in microeconomics, macroeconomics and statistics. The MA program is two years in length and requires 64 credits over four semesters. Accelerated MA 12 or 16 Months

The Accelerated MA program is offered to students who are scheduled to complete (or have completed) a bachelor's degree in business or economics at a U.S. college or university. The program provides candidates with the opportunity to earn a master's degree in 12 or 16 months of study. Learn more.

Dual Degrees

Graduate and undergraduate dual degrees are available for students admitted to Brandeis University. Dual degrees allow students to complete two degrees with less credits than are required to earn each degree independently. Learn more.

Part-Time

Students may pursue the MA program on a part-time basis. Part-time students typically complete eight credits per semester. The part-time status is optimal for students who have flexible schedules as courses are held throughout the day. Students can finish the part-time MA program in 3-4 years and the part-time Accelerated MA program in 2-3 years (taking 4-5 classes a year).
