Minimum Hourly Wage Rate
Full time, nonexempt Brandeis University employees shall be paid a minimum wage of not less than $15 per hour.
Applicability
This policy applies to full-time, nonexempt staff, not including those employees whose positions are covered by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement; student employees (including those paid with work study funds); interns; contract hires for a specific course or term of employment (e.g., nine-month appointments for recruiters); or graduate assistants.
Guidelines
Full-time employment is defined as working or scheduled to be working 35 or more hours per week for a full calendar year.
