Laptops and Equipment
- To borrow equipment, come to the Information and Borrowing Desk with your Brandeis ID. Please check the table below for available equipment types, loan periods, and overdue fine amounts.
- When you borrow an item, you will receive an email from the Library at checkout with your due date and time, please contact us immediately if you do not receive this.
- All equipment must be returned at the Information and Borrowing Desk during desk operating hours. Equipment cannot be returned through the book drop.
Important: Borrowers are responsible for the condition of equipment while in their possession and all accrued overdue fines.
Renewals and Extensions
Laptops and equipment are not renewable. Special extensions to loan periods, advanced bookings or loans of multiple laptops cannot be accommodated at this time. Equipment cannot be renewed over OneSearch, over the phone, or via email.
