Brandeis International Business School

MSF/MBA Dual Degree

Program Description

The MSF/MBA dual degree is an intensive program that requires 79 credits over four to five semesters. This dual degree provides students with an advanced knowledge of finance, analysis, general management and strategy to pursue leadership positions in industries including technology startups, consulting and finance.

Students who enroll in the dual degree when admitted to the business school or during their first program are able to complete both degrees with a combined 79 credits, instead of the 109 credits required to earn each degree independently. Transfer credits may not be applied toward the required 79 credits needed for the degrees. Students must meet admissions requirements of both programs to be admitted to the dual degree program and complete the requirements of both programs to earn both degrees. Full requirements for the MSF and MBA degree can be found on their program pages.

MSF/MBA students earn a Finance concentration in the MBA program. Given the requirements and pace of the program, the ability to complete a second concentration in the MSF/MBA program will depend on the student's course selection.
