Real Estate Investment Club

Mission

The Real Estate Investment Club’s purpose is to prepare students for a career in real estate with direct exposure to the field and career opportunities. We want to enable students to explore all sectors and asset classes of real estate. We commit to connect students to the real estate industry through guest speakers, site visits, ARGUS training, and participation in the Villanova Real Estate Challenge. We will also organize students to attend networking events hosted by the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate development Association (NAIOP)’s, and CorNet Global.
