Jennifer Kanarek Cahn and her husband, Shmuel, welcomed a son, Ari Raphael, on Feb. 27. Mikhail Eydelman is general counsel at Sagent Pharmaceuticals, a generic-pharmaceutical company in the Chicago area with annual revenues of more than $350 million. Jay Gertelman has published two children’s books: “My Daddy Is Amazing” and “The Smartest Princess.” David Klein married Erica Frenkel on June 17 at Tarry a While Resort, in Bridgton, Maine. David is chief executive and co-founder of CommonBond, a financial technology company in Manhattan. According to The New York Times, the couple met at a Brooklyn happy hour in 2014. Jamie Agins Lincow published two books for teachers and students on the AP Spanish literature course. Seth Wasserman was promoted to vice president at Menin Hospitality, a company he helped create. He oversees information technology and systems. Erica Werfel and her husband, Ben Stern, are parents. Micah Charles Stern was born on April 12. When Erica and Ben were married in 2013, many Brandeis alumni joined the celebration. Erica is a psychotherapist in Maryland and Virginia.
