Payment Information
Payments or confirmation of funding (financial aid, employer benefits, etc.) are due within 24 hours of registration, with a final balance deadline of June 29 for Fall-1 2024 and October 2 for Fall-2 2024.
Brandeis Online accepts payment via:
- Personal check
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards
- Electronic bank draft
- Nelnet payment plan
- The deadline for applying for a payment plan is June 19 for Fall-1 2024 and September 12 for Fall-2 2024.

Payment Instructions
- Log in to Workday using your Brandeis credentials.
- Select the "Student Account" worker under applications in your Workday account.
- In the top left box under "View Account Details and Manage Payments," select "Nelnet Student Account Portal - GPS Only."
- This will bring you to the Nelnet student account center where you can make a payment by selecting the "make a payment" button.
Tax Deductions
You may be eligible for an income tax deduction or a tax credit. Consult the appropriate state or federal agency or your own tax adviser for further information.

Many employers offer some form of tuition reimbursement as an employee benefit. Some companies offer discounted tuition through a partnership with Brandeis Online.
Ask your HR team if there are any available benefits. Please be advised that tuition reimbursement constitutes a private arrangement between employer and employee. Full payment of tuition and fees must be received upon registration, regardless of the terms of these arrangements.
Brandeis Online is proud to offer military veterans, active-duty personnel and their spouses a 15% tuition discount on all our online master's degrees and certificates. The discount may be used in conjunction with other benefits earned through the Department of Veteran Affairs, such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill® and the Yellow Ribbon Program.
