Please note that all scheduled appointments will either be by phone or Zoom. I-9 appointments will be held in our lobby at the front desk.
If you need to drop off a payment or other documents, please use the red drop box outside our lobby door.
If you need to complete an I-9 or present your citizenship document in person, you will do so at Usdan 120. Students may either walk-in or schedule an appointment ahead of time.
If you would like to discuss your financial aid package, schedule an appointment to speak with your assigned financial aid counselor. Parents are welcome to join you!
If you would like to discuss personal finances, such as budgeting, credit scores, credit cards, loan payments or any other financial concerns, you can schedule an appointment with Willow Arbor, our financial literacy counselor.
If you would like assistance with your bill (how to view it online, how to pay it online, deadlines, etc.), 529/tuition remission/outside scholarship payments or refunds, you may call our office at 781-736-3700 to speak to someone right away or schedule an appointment to speak with a student account representative.
