ITS is committed to assisting the Brandeis community with essential AI services and software in support of teaching & learning, research, and administrative services at our institution. As these technologies are relatively new and evolving, please be aware that information found on Brandeis webpages about AI may change frequently. Data Security: The following platforms are provided to members of the Brandeis community and come with Enterprise Data Protection. This ensures that your data is not accessible outside of Brandeis as long as you are using Gemini, Copilot or Zoom with an @brandeis.edu account. Please be aware that platforms outside of those listed here—including many paid-platforms such as ChatGTP Plus—do not offer this level of data security.

Google Gemini

All Brandeis users with a valid @brandeis.edu email address have access to Google Gemini. For more information, please review the Gemini Product Page.

Microsoft Copilot Chat

Active faculty, staff, and students, as well as temporary staff, scholars, contingent workers and researchers with affiliate appointments have access to Microsoft Copilot Chat under our A3 and A1 campus licensing. Zoom AI
