Help Desk Support Hours
Update: The Technology Help Desk offers walk-in and virtual support. For support, visit the Brandeis Service Portal, email help@brandeis.edu or call 781-736-4357.
Help Desk Summer Hours & Support - July 1st - August 23rd
Users may call 6-4357 (6-HELP) from a campus phone or 781-736-4357 from a non campus phone to open a ticket. You may also create a ticket by emailing help@brandeis.edu or via the Brandeis TeamDynamix Service Portal.
Please visit the Brandeis Technology Help Desk booking page to secure an appointment for the days when walk up support is unavailable.
The Help Desk will be closed July 4th and 5th in observance of the July 4th holiday.

* The Help Desk will be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th.
Please note that support hours vary when classes are not in session and during university holidays.
