Arnie Kanter; his wife, Carol ’65; and Janis Mendelsohn are the founders of Innovation 80, which funds innovative arts programs for underserved populations in Chicago. The trio says their liberal-arts education showed them how much the arts can enrich and change lives. Stuart Paris, P’92, P’97, reports his son Michael has taken over as president of Paris International Companies, an employee-benefits consulting firm that Stuart founded. Stuart is now rabbi of the New Synagogue of Long Island and president of All Faiths Seminary International. He has also established a scholarship for student athletes at Brandeis. Miriam D. Rubin, P’87, and husband Frank, GSAS MA’64, P’87, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in August.
